Pay a $50 Deposit if you were quoted $600 or less

Pay a $100 Deposit if you were quoted above $600

Your Responsibilities

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours' notice is required to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

• With sufficient notice (24+ hours), your deposit can be rolled over to a rescheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments must occur within 3 months of the original booking.

• Cancellations made without rescheduling or without 24 hours' notice will result in deposit forfeiture (you will not get it back)

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit and must pay a new deposit to secure an alternative appointment. 

• If you give less than 24 hours' notice your next appointments deposit is subejct to an increase of 100%. 

Important: Deposits are non-refundable, even with 24+ hours’ notice. Please only book appointments you are committed to attending.

No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without advising or rescheduling, will be required to pay a 'double deposit' for any future appointments (including the rescheduling of the current appointment) regardless of whether the tattoo will take less than 3 hours. This is an effective increase of 100% on your next appointments deposit. 

Our Responsibilities

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• We will try our best to provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

• Changes to your booking will not be made without prior consultation with you.

• If your appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule.

• If no suitable alternative appointment is available, a deposit refund may be considered.

Note: This policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered for:

• Unforeseen illness or injury

• Natural disasters

• Domestic/family violence

• Other emergency or life-threatening situations

The decision to refund a deposit is made at our discretion.

Complementary touch-ups are offered for all tattoos excluding hand and finger tattoos. Rules apply for touch-ups:

• Touch-ups are limited to one touch-up appointment per tattoo, additional appointments will incur a fee. 

• A touch-up appointment must occur within 1 year of the date of tattoo.

Note: Instagram and other social media platforms may not be monitored for booking requests unless you have filled in the booking request form. Always use the booking request form for new appointments.

*You agree to this policy by submitting a request with us and going forward with an appointment regardless of whether you have read the policy or not. 

halfasleeptattoos’s standard rate remains $200/hr. As an ongoing promotion, two clients who book on the same day may receive a discounted tattooing rate of $130/hr (GST included). This promotional rate is in addition to, and does not replace, our standard rate.

Both clients must:

1. • Be at least 18 years old.

   • Book their appointments on the same calendar day.

   • Attend the same appointment slot; tattooing may occur back-to-back rather than simultaneously.

Simply note that you would like to use the duel booking deal and state the first and last name of the person youre booking with in the "Booking and Tattoo" section of the Booking form. I will match the names from each of your requests and quote you both accordingly :D

A non-refundable deposit of $30 per person secures the promotional rate. Deposits are credited toward the total cost of the tattoo work. Appointments are confirmed only once both deposits are received by halfasleeptattoos.

1. • More than 72 hours’ notice: forfeit deposits; no further fees apply.  New deposits  required.

   • Within 72 hours: cancellation fee of $130 total; both clients are jointly responsible and will be invoiced accordingly.

   • Rescheduling: requests must be made more than 72 hours before the appointment; otherwise deposits are forfeited (no additional cancellation fee).

1. • Appointments must be booked for at least one hour. If the session falls short of one hour, the full promotional rate of $130 applies.

   • Additional time may be added in 30-minute increments, billed prorated at $130/hr.

   • Appointments under this deal cannot be extended: any work not completed within the booked time must be rebooked at the full standard rate of $200/hr for subsequent sessions. *Subject to discretion and individual circumstances.
     
     

This deal applies strictly to two-person bookings made in advance. Single bookings are not eligible.

This promotion is non-transferable, may not be combined with other offers, and applies once per pair per booking.

5. • Cancellations more than 72 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit only.

   • Cancellations within 72 hours incur a cancellation fee equal to one hour at the promotional rate ($130). Both deposit and cancellation fee apply.

   • Rescheduling requests must be made more than 72 hours before the appointment; otherwise the deposit is forfeited.

6. • Appointments must be booked for a minimum of one hour. If the session is shorter than one hour, the full promotional rate applies.
     
     

   • Additional time may be added in 30-minute increments, billed prorated at $130/hr.
     
     

   • If work cannot be completed within the booked time, any further sessions must be rebooked at the full standard rate ($200/hr).

7. • This promotion is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer, discount or package.

We take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, using standard encryption provided by the booking platforms (google forms etc.). While we take all reasonable action to safeguard your private information we cannot be responsible for a scenario where google data is breached. No online system is entirely secure, so please contact us immediately if you suspect a data breach.
